DESCRIPTION:Planning Your Staffing and Inventory for the 2015 Games \n\n\n\nInitiatives Prince George is the Official Business Engagement Partner of the 2015 Canada Winter Games and\, in partnership with Northern Development Initiative Trust\, Downtown Prince George and Community Futures of Fraser Fort George\, is offering three sessions to help all hospitality and retail business owners\, managers and supervisors plan staffing and inventory for the 2015 Canada Winter Games. These sessions will help you:\n\n	Deal with higher-than-usual traffic and understand the stamina that the Games will demand\;\n	Step to the other side of the counter and see your business from a guest's perspective\;\n	Understand the importance of offering unique\, Games-worthy products and/or services\;\n	Convey a clear and consistent strategic message through all of your advertising\;\n	Use the Apprenticeship Method of Staff Training to get new employees quickly up to speed\;\n	Plan your staffing and inventory by examining the real-life experience of businesses that were close to the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax.\n\n\nSession 1: Focus is on tenants in any Prince George mall\, but session is open to everyone\n\n\n\nDate: September 9th\n\nTime: 8:30 am to 11:30 am\n\nLocation: Pine Centre Mall boardroom or food court\, based on attendance\n\n\nSession 2: Focus is on retail\, hospitality and restaurant businesses\, but session is open to everyone\n\n\n\nDate: September 9th\n\nTime: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm (appetizers will be served)\n\nLocation: Community Futures Fraser-Fort George (1566 7th Ave)
