LOCATION:Fair weather - Ceremony to take place at Duchess Community Park Playground\, Ross Crescent\, with a light reception to follow at the Prince George Chamber of Commerce\, 890 Vancouver Street. In case of rain- Speeches and reception will take place at the Prince George Chamber of Commerce.
