He began his career with the Port Authority in 1987 in the role of Chief Financial Officer.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining the Port Authority Mr. Krusel held management positions with a number of major financial institutions located in Vancouver.\n\n\n\nMr. Krusel holds an MBA degree from the Ivey School of Management at the University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Management Accountant. Mr. Krusel is a Director of the Western Transportation Advisory Council\, the Van Horne Institute\, Green Marine Management Corporation and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Business Council of British Columbia. He is a past Director of the British Columbia Trade Development Corporation and served as Chairman and Director of the Association of Canadian Port Authorities from 1999-2001 as well as the Canadian Chairman of the American Association of Port Authorities.\n\n\n\nDon is married to his wife Gail and they have one daughter\, Olivia.
