If you are interested in attending please contact Clodagh O'Higgins at clodagho@minervabc.ca.\n\n\n\n\n\nMinerva BC is a non-profit organization with a mission to change the face of leadership. \n\n \n\nModerated by Tina Strehlke\, Minerva's CEO\, a panel will explore the idea of "inclusive leadership"\, and provide ideas on how to foster inclusion and performance for women and other under-represented groups. At its core\, inclusive leadership is about valuing the differences and commonalities of others. Done well\, it creates a culture where employees feel a sense of belonging\, and organizations reap the benefits of innovation\, engagement and improved performance. \n\n \n\nTina will also provide a sneak peak of Minerva BC's 2019 Scorecard data\, which will not be released to the public until October 23rd. The Scorecard provides a current picture of the representation of women and Indigenous peoples on corporate boards\, and in senior executive leadership\, with a  focus on BC-based companies.  \n\n \n\nPanelists include: \n\nTim Bennett   Executive Director\, Big Brothers Big Sisters of PG\n\nFelicia Magee   Director of Business Development\, Northern Development Initiative Trust\n\nClayton Pountney   Chief of the Lheidli T'enneh First Nation\n\nShobha K.
