Join us Wednesday\, February 14th to hear from FortisBC and how they can contribute to Prince George's Success!\n\n\n\nFortisBC operates in 135 municipalities across British Columbia\, providing energy for residents\, businesses and institutions. The company has been adapting to offer new and innovative solutions to address the challenges communities face. The City of Prince George is making great strides to drive economic development and affordability\, whether it's through revitalizing the downtown core or supporting education and expanded employment opportunities. \n\n\n\nIn this presentation\, FortisBC will walk through its evolving approach to collaborating with the City to help address community goals through innovation and energy conservation\, and will highlight the community impacts of local projects including the Fortis Call Centre\, and other new starts in the City.\n\n \n\n\n\n Siraz Dalmir\, Key Account Manager for Municipalities\n\n\n\nSiraz Dalmir is the Key Account Manager for Municipalities and the multiunit residential sector with FortisBC. In this role\, he works with British Columbia municipalities\, residential building owners and key government and industry associations to identify opportunities to more efficiently and effectively use energy to advance economic development\, environmental protection\, and social equity.\n\n\n\nSiraz brings over 20 years of sales\, marketing and business strategy development in the software\, entertainment\, wireless telecom\, and energy industries. His passion is for exploring new avenues for business and government to collaborate in order to help communities prosper. Siraz received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of British Columbia\, and received his Master's in Business Administration from Royal Roads University.
