DESCRIPTION:Top 40 Under Forty Nominations Form\n\n\n\n\n\nYour Prince George Chamber of Commerce is seeking outstanding entrepreneurs\, executives\, managers\, professionals and students in the business community for our 2012 issue of Top 40 Under Forty Magazine. Nominees will be short listed based on a range of criteria\, including professional achievement\, experience\, innovation\, leadership and community involvement. \n\n\n\nThis brand new publication not only promotes young professionals in our community\, but it also showcases Prince George's strong business climate.\n\n\n\nThe successful Top 40 will be highlighted for their outstanding achievements in the Prince George Chamber of Commerce's Top 40 Under Forty publication which will include their photo and personal story. 10\,000 copies of this full colour glossy magazine will be distributed throughout BC\, Alberta and into Washington.\n\n\n\nNominators may submit nominations for more than one individual. Self nominators will also be accepted. Please do not submit multiple nominations for one individual.\n\n\n\nEligibility Criteria:\n\n1. Nominees must be under the age of 40 on December 31\, 2012.\n\n2.
