VeloMetro is creating a 21st century update with the latest technology and engineering: human powered\, enclosed from the weather\, fully networked\, and assisted by electric and solar power.\n\nBased in Vancouver\, Canada\, VeloMetro's goal is to provide a completely sustainable transportation option for urban commuters around the globe that is also cool\, cost-effective\, environmentally friendly\, and fun to ride.\n\n\nXPRIZE Think Tanks are local communities that bring together a wide range of people\, skills\, and experience to work together to make the world a better place. Together we share information and ideas around challenges in the world\, new technology\, and how technology and community can solve these challenges. We then together as a group explore how we can make a difference in these areas with the skills\, experience\, and perspective of our group members.
