She is an experienced talent strategist and leader in providing HR expertise, strategy, and advice. She approaches situations in a consultative, people-oriented manner with a focus on achieving business results. In addition to her role as Manager, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning with Canfor, she instructs part-time in the HR programs at both UNBC and CNC, is a Director with the Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President on the Board of Trustees with the Two Rivers Gallery and Past Chair of the Northern Advisory Council of the HR Management Association.Engaging Generations in the Workplace
