Kevin Evans was appointed CEO of the Industry Training Authority (ITA), responsible for governance, expansion and improvement of B.C.'s industry training system in October of 2007.
Before joining ITA, Kevin was Vice President, Western Canada, of the Retail Council of Canada - a national non-profit trade association. In this capacity, he was also Chair of the Coalition of BC Businesses and Vice Chair of the B.C. Government's Permanent Roundtable on Small Business.
From 1996 to 1998, Kevin was Chief Journalist, Television News and Current Affairs at CBC British Columbia, where his primary focus was provincial government affairs.
