Business Development Forum: "On the Ground"
Business Development Forum - "On the Ground"
98% of businesses working in British Columbia are classified as "small business". Nobody understands better than the Chamber network that, while small in classification, these businesses have undertaken some pretty big work; work that is moving the BC economy forward, and is creating positive change in many sectors.
The Business Development Forum, brought to you by the BC Chamber of Commerce and the Prince George Chamber of Commerce, will focus on topics relevant to small businesses servicing and supplying the natural resource sector. It will provide "golden nuggets" of information and ideas for easy implementation on current capital projects (and how to get a piece of them), available small business grants, navigating HR trends, and finding success in a changing economy.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn from experts in these fields: people who have varied viewpoints based solidly in experience on the ground in northern BC, as well as the chance to build new relationships with others doing similar things. New information, new opportunities, new partners or clients: the potential is great.
You will have the choice to attend one of two streams of workshops during the day. Stream choice will be available on a first come basis. The agenda is as follows:
