"Presenting for Really Really Smart People" Workshop
The Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for an informative morning workshop facilitated by Greg Jonuk and Sarah Holland.
Communicating in front of others, whether it is in front of one or hundreds, is critically important for success in today’s business world. Some struggle with this skill as it is not intuitive. Others are confident that their existing talents and experience will carry them through. Smart people; however, realize that the best communicators, like musicians, need constant practice to keep them in tune. This workshop will help the highly intelligent person who gets this.
During the workshop we will:
- Answer participant questions on how to be effective speakers
- Learn though a debrief of a presentation demonstration
- Learn the role of feedback in effective communicating
- Mine the existing and collective intelligence of participants on this topic
More of an exploration than a lecture, this workshop is intended to be either a first step towards more rigorous learning on the topic or a boost for those well on their way.
